This past weekend was so nice not having to travel anywhere and have time to enjoy our new apartment for the first time!  The weekend was packed full of errands but it was still a great one and we got a lot of cleaning and unpacking done.  We had our best friends come over Saturday night which was nice and we cooked some delicious pizza with Trader Joe's dough (a must-try).  

The weather has been a little cooler lately and I've been loving it!  One of my favorite late summer/early fall outfits involves this adorable and very versatile tweed knit skirt and a classic button-down shirt in plaid. I've worn the tweed knit skirt with an endless array of tops and I'll definitely keep wearing it into winter with some tights and booties.
