Last Friday was spent traveling to Charleston for #SBScon (Southern Blog Society 3rd Annual Conference).  I'll share more details about the conference later but for now I wanted to share this bright and colorful outfit I decided to wear to the welcome cocktail party that night hosted by Swoozies. 

When it comes to summer clothing, I typically opt for bright hues, blues, florals, and whites.  This ensemble somehow incorporates ALL of those and that is why I love it so much.  When I saw this floral off-shoulder blouse from Hazel and Olive, I couldn't resist it.  There are very few clothing items that I absolutely have to have and this was one of them.  The price is great too and can't hate the free shipping either.  Now for this blue scalloped hem skirt... Have you ever seen such a cute skirt?  Well, it also comes in rust, mustard, black, plaid, and so many more for under $40. Treat yo'self.
