Christmas Cookie Swap

One of my blog friends, Laura (Louella Reese), came up with the brilliant idea of having a "virtual" Christmas cookie swap.  We're each sharing one of our favorite cookie recipes on our blogs today and at the end of this post, you can click to the next recipe shared! I was one of the last people to respond with a traditional favorite recipe, naturally, so I decided to share a NEW favorite recipe.  This recipe came from a friend I roomed with in college, Kaylyn.  They are AMAZING!  Scroll down below for the full recipe.

Strawberry Mango Margs

Happy Monday!

In honor of it being a short work week, here is a drink recipe that I tried this past weekend.  It was delicious (after a few batches of perfecting it) and my entire family loved them.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2-3 cups of mango chunks, the more the merrier

1-2 cups strawberries, stems cut off, the more the merrier

3/4 cups tequila (The more, the merrier pattern stops here... I learned from experience.)

1/3 cup fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons of triple-sec

1/4 cup sugar

4 cups ice cubes

4 lime wedges

Just throw all of the ingredients in the blender and you're good to go.
